JV JSC "Deutsche Kabel AG Taschkent" is one of the biggest manufacturers and suppliers of cables and wires in Central Asia. High level of personnel management, application of the modern industrial and measuring equipment, quality control at all stages of production, test of finished goods according to the world standards - composed the success, allowing Joint Venture «Deutsche Kabel AG Taschkent» to manufacture high quality products.

As a separate economic organization, JV «Deutsche Kabel AG Taschkent» was founded on the basis of «NGO Electrosignal», which primary activity was to manufacture special cable-conductors used in various technical equipments for research and development in world oceans and the earth. Currently working area of the company makes up 16.000m2. More than 100 units of the modern technical equipment for the manufacture of various kinds of cable and mechanical rubber products are located on this area.

In November 2004, the company has received the internationally recognized ISO 9001-2000 Certification for Quality Management Systems.

The quality principle is part of company's corporate philosophy and is firmly embedded in production, personnel management as well as communication. This is reflected in repeated awards from suppliers and organizations. For instance, at the ninth international exhibition «Electro-2000» in Moscow on July, 3-7, 2000 the company was awarded with the diploma of «the International organization on economic, scientific and technical cooperation in the field of electro technical production» («Interelectro») for its high quality and high technological level.

The most advanced technologies and machineries, control devices, tools, high-quality materials such as steel rod, natural and synthetic rubbers and emulsions for wire drawing are used in the production.

The company manufactures and delivers load-carrying cables with various quantities of threads and breaking strength as well as cables and wires that can be used within sea, geophysical areas, for needs of fishing fleet, underwater communication and for other purposes. The joint venture manufactures cable-conducting production for common industrial and domestic purposes such as power and control cables with plastic isolation and shell for stationary lining, flexible power cables with rubber isolation and shell for mobile current collectors, conductors to wind submersible pumps' electric motors, cords for various household devices and many other types of cable products. The company also makes and delivers cable production based on customer's special requirements and wishes. A delivery is carried out in a shortest time by strictly holding all contract conditions with a customer.

In 2005 the company has launched new production from steel wire such as bale ties for cotton bales, steel wire for common purposes, BP-1 model wires, nails, barbed wire and etc.

In 2006-2007 the complete technical modernization of production facilities is planned such as an introduction of the modern equipments and high-end technological processes in order to further increase their technological level, quality and operational reliability. The company works permanently on the development and realization of new projects that represent practical and long term interest both for the company and for Republic of Uzbekistan as a whole.

At the same time the Joint Venture is planning to start projects on production of some of the most progressive and high effective cable products such as power cables on a pressure till 35 KV with tailored polythene isolation, isolated wires such as «SIP» for urban and rural networks of electrification, LAN-cables of 5th and 6th categories for computer networks and also radio-frequency coaxial cables such as RG and so on.
